Struggling to fill vacancies.... here's an idea!

For all the recruiters out there that may be struggling to fill a particular print or packaging vacancy.....

oZZle has over 10,500 registered job hunters (as at 19 April) who between them probably know say 15 other people in the trade, that means you can pose a question to probably the largest audience in the UK of around 150,000 people.

Here's a thought.... if you needed someone with very particular skills and couldn't find them, would one of our job seekers know someone in the industry that fits your needs. You could even possibly discuss a referral reward.

Dont worry Job Seekers, for the sake of privacy just say that you have someone in mind and give your contact details.... It really could be worth your while. We don't think it's appropriate to publish someone else's contact details on an open forum.

I believe that this is an untapped goldmine for all of you, and what better way to network.
