Excellent Customer Service

I have had the most wonderful customer service from Hotel Chocolat, that I felt the need to shout about it. By the way their product is one of the best I have ever come across, chocolate heaven!!

This reminded me about an article I read on Gavin Ingham's Blog earlier this year and how important getting it right can be.

Too many people over promise and under deliver which just leaves you feeling angry and disillusioned.
