I passionately believe our industry needs to get better at writing engaging and creative job adverts to attract the "best fit" employees quicker.

This job advert written by a drinks brand in New Zealand truly stands out from the crowd.

They have subconsciously sold the the "whats in it for me" to the job seeker by getting across the culture to expect and enjoy. Creative people need a creative environment.

Job Adverts are about attracting interest from the right type of individual and not going into laborious detail about the description. This style of advert targets the type of person they want - if that person doesn't know the job content, then the job is not for them.
