Recommendations and Referrals

Living in Crieff we are not exactly blessed with fantastic restaurants, but there is one that is simply awesome, called Delivono's.

Whenever you discuss restaurants with anyone in Crieff you always hear "have you been to Delivino's, its fantastic."

In today's world recommendations/referals count more than ever. Consumers have more power than ever but with that comes responsibility:

1. If you love a service or product, shout about it and bring them tons of new business.

2. If on the other hand you have had a bad experience from a Company or Service make sure you work hard to make them change.... you have that power.

You could also apply this to your work environment and use the same logic with people in your team and organisation.
