The perfect team
I went to a friends wedding at the weekend. We were all gathered in the church when something struck me... everybody around me had the most awful, out of tune singing voice - including me who was definitely the worst of all.
Yet the full church singing "All things Bright and Beautiful" was absolutely fantastic and so moving.
What struck me was that different voices all singing to the same hymn sheet will deliver perfectly.
You really don't need perfect talent, you need different talents feeding off each other and complementing each other.
Businesses get too hung up on employing clones of their successful employees, when it simply needs the leaders to realise different talents make a successul team.
