Happiness is having a job, the salary doesn't matter!
I had a chuckle to myself after reading the Daily Telegraph's piece which says that having a job is more important to people than how much they are paid.
So far the ONS (office for national statistics) has surveyed 2000 people, out of our population of 60 odd million. How on earth anyone can publish results based on this small sample astounds me. It's just not credible.
If this was truly the case, then all our government problems are easily solved. Simply lower everyone's wages, then everyone will have a job, therefore everyone will be much happier. Yeah yeah!
