Our new Referral Rewards Scheme
I just wanted to let you know that next week we will be launching our new Referral Rewards scheme.
We have been working really hard to embed the new technology in partnership with Jobtonic.com which gives recruiters and employers the opportunity to offer a monetary award if someone recommends their job.
We already offer a button to forward a job to a friend, well now you can do this and earn some money for your efforts. If you would like to refer a friend or colleague for a job that you see on oZZle, just go to the homepage and click the icon that says "Referral Rewards" and the whole process will be explained step by step. You will have your own referrer account so you see how many people you have recommended and how much money you will be paid if your friend or colleague gets the job.
Recent research shows that almost 60% of people say they found a new job through some sort of referral scheme and 75% of those say that it wasn't a close friend but an acquaintance. What we are doing is effectively externalising employee referral schemes out to the massive but as yet untapped passive job seeker market.
We are extremely excited about this launch as it gives a huge amount of value to our advertisers as they are targeting their vacancies to a much wider audience.
