What makes a great sales person?
I often have conversations with people about what makes a good sales person and everyone seems to have a different view. The common thread is that we are all seeking that fantastic salesperson that can deliver profitable growth.
From the many discussions I have, people say, "motivated, positive mental attitude, tenacious, natural, charismatic, a winner, strong negotiator, self belief etc.
If you could only choose one quality that makes a great salesperson what would it be.

I have interviewed thousands of Sales Executives over the years and your points are on the mark.
What I will add is communication skills, the ability to listen and hard work because the ones who succeed make the calls day in day out.
And we prefer to buy from people we like, not the stereotypical sales rep.
